 The Davis County Development Corporation along with the Southern Iowa Electric Cooperative, The City of Bloomfield, Northeast Missouri Electric Power Cooperative, and a grant from the USDA would like to announce the completion of the Spec Building in Bloomfield, Iowa.

The new building is located in the Bloomfield Industrial Park, on the lot immediately to the east of Performance Pipe.  There are a few finishing touches on the site, but the building is ready for sale.
